The Users must be competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the laws governing the territory of Italy.
  3. “Services” shall refer to a Platform providing a Platform which enables its users to plan routes for the effective delivery of their products and services and schedule stops for pickup. The detailed explanation shall be provided in Clause 3 of these Terms of Use.
  4. “Third Parties” refer to any Application, company or individual apart from the User, Vendor and the creator of this Application.
  5. The term “Platform” refers to the Website and mobile application created by the Company which enables the User to avail services of the Company through the use of the platform.
  6. “Drivers” shall refer to delivery personnel or transportation service providers listed on the Platform who will be providing delivery services to the Users on the Platform.
  7. “Personal Information” shall mean and refer to any personally identifiable information that we may collect from You such as Name, Email Id, Mobile number, Password, Photo, gender, DOB, location information, etc. For removal of any doubts, please refer to Clause 2 of the Privacy Policy.


We are committed to respecting your online privacy. We further recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information You share with us. We may collect the following information:

  1. Account Information: We collect information about the User when they register for an account through the Service. For example, you provide your contact and information when registering an account.
  2. Information about your customers and drivers: When using our Services, you also provide information about your customer and drivers, such as their contact information and where they are located. For example, when you are planning routes and you share the route to other users you tell us who your  where you deliver to them. You also provide contact and location information on your drivers making the deliveries when the sharing position in the “team version” of the App is active.
  3. Payment Information: All sorts of payments inside the App are managed by Google Play app store Billing service, any inconvenience or sort of problem while making a payment belong to them, we are happy to assist you anyway. We don’t collect any credit card information.
  4. Tracking Information: such as, but not limited to the IP address of your device and Device ID when connected to the Internet. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Platform or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Platform or not), your computer or device browser information, and other information associated with your interaction with the Platform including but not limited to access to your camera and audio.
  5. Details of Platform usage for analytics through the services of Google and Firebase.
  6. User may be asked to provide access to contact list – if they want to pick up the address from their contacts
  7. User may also be asked to provide access to phone and message if they want to access the feature to make the call or send message to clients from the app itself

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data

Usage Data, as non-personally identifiable information, is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

App Permission

  • GPS Location Permission: it is used to show your location on Google Maps, it is used to calculate the best route according to your position. We will not obtain any location information from your device to our server. This relevant information is only stored on your local device.
  • Share your Route, IMPORTANT: When you accept to share your route to other users through our app, you accept that all the addresses inserted on the current route including their properties such as notes, phone numbers, delivery times etc., your start and end location, your route name, will be exported to our servers so they will be visible to us, a link will be generated and the route can be accessed to anyone that receives the link.
  • Camera and files Permission: used to access your camera when you decide to insert addresses in this way, file permission when you decide to search addresses in your images/Excel file or GPX files.
  • Draw Over Other Apps Permission: this permission is required to make our app to display as a Floating Window on the top of other apps, which can help you to use other apps with our app’s functions at the same time.

Technical Information

While using Our Service We may ask You to provide Us with some necessary technical information. Technical information may include, but is not limited to: IP-address, Your country, Usage Data, device language, device internet speed, and device information number from Your device so that the Services can be provided to You. This collected information is required for Popappa to verify that Your device is accurately registered.

Other data

Popappa accesses and processes phone numbers of, and duration of, incoming and outgoing calls and contact lists with Your explicit consent, to be able to provide You with Our caller ID service. Popappa also accesses and makes use of the Advertising Identifier (Advertiser ID) connected to the installed app and may access and use the documentation on Your consent within Your Google Account setting regarding personalized advertisements. Documentation on this consent only entails a unique ID, which is generated when You install the mobile application and make Your choice.

Furthermore, when You use Our Service, Our Data Partners may, only with Your explicit consent, collect certain device and location data (both approximate and precise location) to be able to offer a range of services that include, but are not limited to, a more customized ad experience, and improved app functionality and user experience through analytics. You can withdraw Your consent at any time.

For end-users of an application with Our Services integrated

If You have installed an application on Your device which has Our service integrated, We may ask Your app provider to provide Us access to some necessary technical information. Technical information may include but is not limited to: device information number from Your device so that the Services can be provided to You. This collected information is required for Popappa to verify that the device of the User (= You) is accurately registered.

Similarly, Popappa also accesses and makes use of the advertiser ID and the documentation on Your consent within Your Google Account setting regarding personalized advertisements. Documentation on Your consent only entails a unique ID, which is generated when You install the mobile application and you can make Your choice regarding advertisements and deny any personalization of ads from the App settings. Popappa cannot trace advertiser IDs, or the unique ID related to a consent back to the identity of a specific user.

This privacy policy also applies to data we collect from users who are not registered as members of this Platform, including, but not limited to, browsing behaviour, pages viewed etc. We also collect and store personal information provided by You from time to time on the Platform. We only collect and use such information from you that we consider necessary for achieving a seamless, efficient and safe experience, customized to your needs including

  1. To enable the provision of services opted for by you;
  2. To enable the viewing of content in your interest;
  3. To communicate the necessary account and service-related information from time to time;
  4. To allow you to receive quality customer care services and data Collection;
  5. To comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations;

Where any service requested by you involves a third party, such information as is reasonably necessary by the Company to carry out your service request may be shared with such third party. We also do use your contact information to send you offers based on your interests and prior activity and also to view the content preferred by you. The Company may also use contact information internally to direct its efforts for service improvement but shall immediately delete all such information upon withdrawal of your consent for the same through the ‘unsubscribe’ button or through an email to be sent to info@routevisionplanner.com.

To the extent possible, we provide you with the option of not divulging any specific information that you wish for us not to collect, store or use. You may also choose not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform and opt-out of any non-essential communications from the platform.

Further, transacting over the internet has inherent risks which can only be avoided by you following security practices yourself, such as not revealing account/login related information to any other person and informing our customer care team about any suspicious activity or where your account has/may have been compromised.

Information collected via our server logs includes users’ IP addresses and the pages visited; this will be used to manage the web system and troubleshoot problems. We also use third-party analytics, tracking, optimization and targeting tools to understand how users engage with our Platform so that we can improve it and cater personalized content/ads according to their preferences.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and do not endorse any advertising, services/products or other materials on or available from such platform or resources. You acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources.   1. We use Google Analytics/Firebase or any such similar third-party application tracking IDs to help us to understand how you make use of our content and work out how we can make things better. 8. Your Rights and the use of our App

Any problems encountered in the app such as: incorrect routes, incorrect estimated times, failed deliveries and any other problem deriving from the order of addresses suggested by our app or unreachable roads or extended times are to be considered out of our responsibility. Always make sure before starting the route that the addresses entered are reachable and that the order of the stops makes sense according to your needs.

Unless subject to an exemption, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  1. The right to request a copy of your personal data which we hold about you;
  2. The right to request for any correction to any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
  3. The right to withdraw Your consent to the processing at any time;
  4. The right to object to the processing of personal data;
  5. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  6. The right to obtain information as to whether personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organization.

We may host surveys for survey creators for our platform who are the owners and users of your survey responses. We do not own or sell your responses. Anything you expressly disclose in your responses will be disclosed to survey creators. Please contact the survey creator directly to better understand how they might share your survey responses.

Information collected will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under any law for the time being in force.

Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. If you change any information, we may or may not keep track of your old information. We will not retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Such prior information shall be completely removed from our databases, including stored ‘back up’ systems. If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, or to remove your profile so that others cannot view it, the User needs to remediate, and promptly correct any such incorrect information.


You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. It is important that you protect it against unauthorized access of your account and information by choosing your password carefully and keeping your password and computer secure by signing out after using our services.

You agree not to use the account, username, email address or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any consistent unauthorized use of your account or access to your password even after changing it.

We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by members inside and outside the Company. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us and information that we have accessed.

We use data hosting service providers in the EU to host the information we collect, and we use technical measures to secure your data. While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. We will respond to requests about this within a reasonable timeframe.

Sensitive and private data exchange for our Services happen over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

We never store passwords in our database; they are always encrypted and hashed with individual salts.
